Shipping & Delivery
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
All Domestic US shipping is by UPS or USPS. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
We provide free UPS® Ground shipping on all Domestic US orders over USD$150. Please allow 2 to 6 business days to pack and process your order before it ships. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or any national holiday will be processed within the following 2 to 6 business days.
Not Your Standard is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please note your order may encounter delays once shipped with UPS due to COVID-19, increased shipping volume or inclement weather which is out of our control.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
We are currently working on offering this to our customers, and will soon provide an expedited shipping option for Domestic US orders within the 48 contiguous states. By selecting UPS 3 Day Select® at checkout, your in-stock orders will arrive within 3 business days once shipped. Please allow 2 to 6 business days to pack and process your order before it ships.
Due to high shipping volumes and demand, please note that shipping carriers are experiencing delays nationwide. We will not be held responsible for carrier delays due to weather and/or other circumstances out of our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. However, we will replace products damaged during shipment. Please email photographic proof of damage to concierge@notyourstandard.com within 7 days of delivery.
Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Not Your Standard cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item, we will process your exchange.
