Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us with photo evidence within 7 business days of receipt. Upon acceptance of the damaged merchandise, we will provide you with a return label and notify you via email. You must ship the item back to us within 7 business days of receiving the return label. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange. Please note that if the item is not shipped within this timeframe, you will no longer be eligible for an exchange.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped Monday to Friday out of Los Angeles, CA.
Please allow 2 to 6 business days to pack and process your order before it ships. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or any national holiday, will be processed within the following 2 to 6 business days.
Once an order is submitted, we cannot update the shipping address. Please double-check this information before finalizing your order.
Not Your Standard is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Domestic Shipping
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on regional zones + weight.
We provide free UPS® Ground shipping on all US orders over $250.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees and customs declarations.
