Returns
Not Your Standard cannot be held responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. All of our products undergo meticulous inspection before shipment. Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are currently unavailable.
If an item arrives damaged, kindly contact us with photo evidence within 7 business days of receiving the item. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for exchange, we will promptly provide you with a return label and notify you via email. We require that your item is shipped back to us within 7 business days of receiving your return label. Once we receive your item, we will process your exchange. Please note that if your item is not shipped within 7 business days of receiving the return label, you will no longer be eligible for an exchange.
In the event of a dispute, a store credit will be automatically issued once we receive the damaged item.
Shipping
Not Your Standard cannot be held responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Domestic Shipping
All US shipping is by UPS or USPS. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
We provide free UPS® Ground shipping on all US orders over $250. Please allow 2 to 6 business days to pack and process your order before it ships. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or any national holiday will be processed within the following 2 to 6 business days.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees and customs declarations.
Expedited Shipping
Not Your Standard does not currently offer expedited shipping. We are in the process of working on offering this to our customers, and will soon provide an expedited shipping option for US orders within the 48 contiguous states.
By selecting UPS 3 Day Select® at checkout, your in-stock orders will arrive within 3 business days once shipped. Please allow 2 to 6 business days to pack and process your order before it ships.
We will not be held responsible for carrier delays due to weather and/or other circumstances out of our control.
Important Notices
Once an order has been processed, we regret that we are unable to make changes to the address provided. We advise reviewing all details carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure accurate delivery.
