Shipping
All orders are shipped Monday to Friday out of Los Angeles, CA.
Please allow 2 to 6 business days to pack and process your order before it ships.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or any national holiday, will be processed within the following 2 to 6 business days.
We are not able to update any shipping address after it has been submitted, therefore we advise you to check this information before completing your order.
We provide tracking information for every order.
Not Your Standard is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Domestic Shipping
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on regional zones + weight.
We provide free UPS® Ground shipping on all US orders over $250.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees and customs declarations.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt, providing photo evidence. Once we accept the damaged merchandise for exchange, we will promptly send you a return label and notify you via email. You must ship the item back to us within 7 business days of receiving the return label. If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, you will no longer be eligible for an exchange. In case of a dispute, a store credit will be issued once we receive the damaged item.
