There are so many beauty treatments and procedures out there right now, it’s a little tough to keep track of them all. So let’s go back to the basics for a second because dry brushing is a simple beauty technique that can really benefit your body in so many ways:

1. Diminishes Cellulite 

Yes, you read that right! Dry brushing is known to help get rid of cellulite on your legs and butt! By brushing your legs upward (always toward the heart) it will help mobilize and evenly distribute fat deposits under the skin, making your legs appear smoother and firmer. This of course is not an over night process, you really have to stick with it to notice a difference.

2. Can Boost Your Immune System

Dry brushing helps stimulate the lymphatic system and helps with toxic bacteria drainage, which leads to a healthier immune system.

3. Exfoliates Your Skin 

Brush away those dead skin cells to get that baby soft skin again and all your products can absorb better. Think of it like priming your skin before you put your product on. Make sure you are dry brushing before your shower!
