The Ultimate Summer Products

As the days begin getting warmer, I’m starting to introduce some new beauty products into my routine. Being in LA last month was a good warm up to get me in the summer mood, I loved baring my skin and leaving my hair to air dry naturally but I assure you it wasn’t without some prep work. Here are some of favourite products to bring on your next vacation or to just get you through the summer months.

Written By Kayla Seah

Let's start off with hair. During the summer I tend to use less hot tools on my hair and go with some beach waves, I love when my hair lightens naturally in the sun so any extra help is welcomed. The new Ouai Sun of A Beach spray does exactly that -it's a sun activated spray that naturally lightens your highlights. It's made with lemon, coconut water and pineapple juice and can brighten existing highlights or just add a touch of sunshine to virgin hair.

As you can tell I'm naturally tanned all year long but that doesn't mean I don't get a little 'pale' after a long cold winter. My legs needed a little glow to them before Coachella this year and I opted to try out Body Blur by Vita Liberata. This skin finisher adds the perfect bronzed look with a little shimmer!

Fact: If you are travelling, then bring Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask along with you. This jet lag mask does all the work for you. It can be worn under your eyes or all over your face, either as a primer under makeup or just as a mask. I find it really hydrating and radiating for your skin, I notice the biggest difference when I wear it under my eyes at night or on an over night flight. I wake up with a certain glow and my eyes don't feel puffy at all!

Like I said, I'm not really one for self tanner but I do like a little enhancement from time to time. This new Chanel L'eau Tan Refreshing Self Tanning Body Mist enhances skin's natural golden glow with just a spray. It smells incredibly fresh with a perfume inspired scent and it's add this sun kissed glow to your skin. Plus I'm also obsessed with the bottle - just look at how gorgeous!

You will always find this little spray in my beach or travel bag! A good face mist can be life changing sometimes, I love this moisturizing one from Susanne Kaufmann, it has calming active ingredients which help moisturize silk proteins. It also helps to repair skin damage and fights free radicals, making it the ideal product to have for the summer or beach.
