My shopping in New York was minimal to say the least…mainly because I can’t fit any more clothes into my two suitcases; yes, the ONLY two suitcases that are going to Berlin with me. I am already having panic attacks every night as I work on packing up my life for my new one in Europe. I have parted ways with many good pieces, but luckily they have been handed to my sister, so I know they are in good hands and will be put to good use. The only reason I could justify my one clothing purchase in NY was because I had been to every H&M in Toronto to find this leopard sleeve shirt and, with no luck, I had given up hope and told myself to stop thinking about it. Then that moment happened when you walk into the H&M in Soho searching for the thrill of cheap bracelets and there it is, the shirt, smiling back at me. Oh, how I love a good hunt.
