Hotel Review: The American Trade Hotel
I wanted to finish up my Panama posts with a full review of the hotel I stayed at, simply because it was the highlight of our trip. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely loved every other aspect of my entire trip but what I loved the most was my time spent at The American Trade Hotel situated in the historic district of Panama City, Casco Viejo. The American Trade Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel collaborated between the Ace Hotel Group and Conservatoriosa – talk about design gurus, no wonder it’s was one of the most instagram-able place I’ve ever stayed at!
No detail is left unnoticed here, each room designed with a Latin American flare with patterned tiles, natural textiles, tropical greenery and wooden ceiling fans. The 50 room boutique hotel is the perfect size, with a local coffee shop on the main floor and a rooftop terrace that dreams are made of. Not only is it designed gorgeously but the entire experience they create for you is on brand, from the small details in your room to the jazz nights in their hotel bar, everything has been thought of and reiterates the motto “it’s all in the details.” If you are looking for something a little bit different than your typical resort for your next vacation, I highly suggest booking a trip to Panama and indulging in this utterly beautiful hotel.
