5 Spots On My Travel Bucket List
I read a quote the other day that said “of all the books in the world, the best stories are found between the pages of a passport” – I couldn’t agree more with this, as some of my best memories have been throughout my travels. Travelling opens up my mind like nothing else can and these next 5 destinations are high on my travel bucket list.
Copenhagen - I sometimes want to slap myself for never travelling to Copenhagan when I lived in Berlin. It was only a quick flight over and some how I never made it a priority. The Danish capital isn't too big of a city to tackle and I hear that this is the place for anyone who is a style seeker. Contemporary design, award winning resturants and Scandinavian shopping has me eager to visit this beautiful place.
Utah - Utah has recently grabbed my attention, mainly because I'm dying to stay at The Amangiri hotel. This hotel is situated on 243 hectares (600 acres) in Canyon Point, Southern Utah and is surrounded by some of North America’s most breathtaking scenery. It's also incredibly designed and as soon as you see the view from the rooms, you will understand why this is a must visit. If only a stay didn't cost my life savings.
Montenegro - meaning 'Black Mountain' is located in Southeastern Europe and is known for it's stunning landscape views and focus on fresh food. This tiny Balkan nation has recently been the spot to go to on the Adriatic sea, as it's quieter and more untouched than it's neighbours Croatia and Greece.
Anguilla - A quick 20 minute ferry from St.Marten and you arrive on the island of Anguilla. 16 miles long, 3 miles wide with 33 breathtaking beaches, this is the perfect spot for your next Caribbean vacation. There are so many beautiful luxury resorts on this Island that are just as scenic as the island itself, Belmond Cap Juluca and Malliouhana are my top two!
Marrakech -My job brings me to some amazing places but for some reason it has yet to get me to Marrakech! I really can't believe it, since it seems to be a blogger hot spot for the past couple of years. I'm always constantly inspired by the imagery I see from Marrakesh, the tones, textures, food and decor has me obsessing over going!
