Video: My Ab Workout

I posted my ab workout on Instagram stories about 2 months ago and I’ve never had so many requests for a video. I repeatably told you that my workout videos were coming soon but now I can finally say that they are! These videos are by no means fancy or for cinematic purposes, it’s really as simple as me at the gym recording for you guys. Think of them as quick health articles you can now come to expect in “Highlights of The Week”.

So by popular demand, here is a summary of my current ab workout that I do every time I work out, which is about 5 times a week (when I’m not travelling). Make sure you are doing every move with focus while holding in your core as much as you can.
