NYFW: HIGH & LOW

I’ve never been a huge fan of wearing designer pieces from head to toe, don’t get me wrong there are occasions where it works but for the most part I’m all about mixing high and low. This DVF skirt is not a usual colour way you would find in my wardrobe but for I fell in love with it’s movement and shape that I had to pick it up. Since it’s quite a statement piece, I wanted to go very low key on top and let the skirt work on it’s own. The mix of elegance and comfort can work really well sometimes, especially when you have a bolder piece to work with.
