No matter the size – big or small – setting goals this time of year is a common idea for most people. I, for one, love this yearly ritual because  it’s a time to reflect on yourself, see what worked, see what didn’t, and make the adjustments according to how you can improve. Why? Because there is always room for improvement – if there wasn’t, we’d all feel like we were at a dead end road most of the time. This year, I tackled my goals separately: one list was business related and the other list was more day to day and personal goals. I specifically made a goal to read more business books and so far I’m staying on track. I already feel like I’m learning a lot and applying the tips and tricks daily. Sticking to your goals and being accountable for them is a consistent theme in all these books so far! Noted and working on it – stay tuned for 2017! How are you being accountable to your goals?
