Berlin: Favourite Restaurants for Dinner

Written By Kayla Seah

As promised, I’m back with part 2 of my Berlin travel guide. This time we are talking dinner and when it comes to Berlin there is no shortage of places for a good meal. These restaurants are the ones I found myself returning to time and time again, always leaving full and never disappointed.

Lokal – My absolute favourite restaurant in Berlin. It’s a small, intimate corner spot in the Mitte that serves modern german food. The menu changes weekly and the staff is a delight.

Parker Bowles – Another restaurant that has it’s own take on modern german food. It’s a spacious venue, making it the perfect spot for a large group of friends to dine all night long. I love the fact that they have a vegan option for their classic schnitzel dish, sounds a little sceptical but trust me it was a perfect substitute.

Chen Che – Hands down the best spot for Vietnamese food in the Mitte. Tucked away in a charming courtyard, this beautiful restaurant is serving exotic Vietnamese dishes that are consistently on point.

Altes Europa – Love this classic European spot on Gipstrasse in the Mitte. An easy carefree spot with daily specials that are always fresh, well portioned and packed with flavour. It’s also a great spot for lunch and has the cutest little patio on the opposite side of the street.
