A Game Changer

I’ve been receiving a ton of questions lately on my gym routine. I tend to post a lot of my staple exercises on my instagram stories, however what I haven’t shared with you is my love for running. I usually start almost every workout with a half hour of running, it’s incredibly therapeutic for me and I love getting my heartbeat up like that. I’ve been running consistently for about 5 years now, which means I’ve gone through my fair share of running shoes.

Admittedly I never paid much attention to buying the correct sneaker to run in, I usually just chose the one I thought looked the nicest and never gave it much thought after that. However, as my running has become a lot more intense throughout the years, I’ve recently noticed my toes and ankles screaming for some much needed love. Which is where these HOKA sneakers come in! When I came across these beautiful white pair of sneakers, I was instantly drawn to the design but once I dug a little deeper I realized the technology behind this sneaker was even better.

I’m wearing the Cavu sneaker from the Fly collection, which is really the ideal sneaker for me because it’s not only suited for just running. It’s a high performance sneakers that is versatile just like my workouts are. It has a great durable cushion, that is lightweight and designed to move you forward and up! I wanted a sneaker that fit all the different types of training I do but I didn’t want to sacrifice the style for it, these Hoka’s are perfect for the gym and just as good for stepping out during those post gym errands.

Thank you Hoka for sponsoring this post. All opinions are my own.
